Mock Interviewer ( 1 hour)
The mock interviewer will be a seasoned professional with experience in interviewing candidates and offer constructive feedback and tips to participants.
Resume Reviewer (1 hour)
The resume reviewer will be a seasoned professional with experience in hiring and reviewing resumes for job placement.
The Registration Helper is the first point of contact for participants and it's responsible for check-in and providing conference materials.
The breakout session host is responsible for ensuring that their assigned room is ready (posters, signs, etc. are up, providing stationery and making any announcements)

- Arrive at the scheduled time
- Be prepared to offer constructive feedback to participants
- Conduct 1:1 mock interview with participants
- Offer tips on how to successfully apply for jobs
- Answer career-related questions as needed
Resume Reviewer (1 hour)
The resume reviewer will be a seasoned professional with experience in hiring and reviewing resumes for job placement.
- Arrive at the scheduled time
- Be prepared to offer constructive feedback to participants on their resumes
- Assist participants in re-writing their resumes to make their resumes more marketable to employers
- Offer tips on how to successfully apply for jobs
The Registration Helper is the first point of contact for participants and it's responsible for check-in and providing conference materials.
- Arrive no later than 7:30 am on the day of the conference
- Greet and check-In participants
- Provide instructions/conference package to participant
The breakout session host is responsible for ensuring that their assigned room is ready (posters, signs, etc. are up, providing stationery and making any announcements)
- Arrive no late by 8: 30 am to set-up breakout room
- Prepare the room before participants arrived for break-out sessions (chairs up front for speakers, etc.)
- Make sure that the participants do not exceed the room maximum
- Ensure that participants leave and enter the room in an orderly manner
- Have water available for moderator and panelists
- Assist moderator during the Q & A session
