AIPDC is seeking professionals, leaders, entrepreneurs, and community changemakers to serve as panelists during our 2026 breakout sessions.
This year's conference theme, Repositioning Through Uncertainty: Leveraging Social Capital for Career Growth and Leadership, will explore how professionals can navigate change, build meaningful relationships, create opportunities, and continue growing in an evolving professional landscape.
Panelists will participate in facilitated conversations, share practical experiences and lessons learned, and engage with conference attendees during Q&A.

How do you remain relevant and competitive when the workplace keeps changing?
This conversation will explore career advancement, career transitions, transferable skills, personal branding, AI and the future of work, salary negotiation, and navigating the U.S. workplace. Panelists will share practical strategies for recognizing opportunities, successfully making career pivots, and positioning yourself for what's next.
Who Knows You Matters: Building Social Capital for Career & Leadership
Hard work and talent matter—but relationships often create access to opportunities.
This panel will explore how professionals can intentionally build social capital through networking, mentorship, sponsorship, professional visibility, and authentic relationships. Panelists will share how connections have influenced their careers and how professionals can build networks that lead to opportunities, advocacy, and leadership.
Creating Your Own Opportunities: Entrepreneurship, Wealth & Community Impact
Sometimes repositioning means creating an opportunity rather than waiting for one.
This conversation will explore entrepreneurship, financial advancement, business development, multiple income streams, and community impact. Panelists will share lessons from building businesses, creating wealth, accessing resources and networks, and turning professional experience into opportunities for themselves and others.

You do not have to be a professional speaker. We are looking for people who have something valuable to share and are willing to engage authentically with our audience.
Individual panelists will be selected and placed on the breakout session that best aligns with their experience and expertise.
