The world has undergone tremendous changes, and as a community, we must start to rethink how we approach networking, building social capital, and professional development. Research shows that foreign-born immigrants are more likely to work in low-skill jobs than their white counterparts. Highly skilled African immigrants often face the challenges of finding comparable jobs, building strong social networks and capital, and building successful businesses. One way we can inspire and motivate others is through the sharing of our experiences. We are seeking panelists for the 6th Annual AIPDC under the theme, "ReImagine."
